After a successful Professional Football career, Alex utilized his background and experience to open a Going Vertical athletic training facility in Sacramento, Ca. Sports Management World Wide has been active in helping Alex formulate his transition into the business world.

At the University of Nevada at Reno, Alex went on to become one of the University's all time leading receivers, breaking 3 NCAA records; receptions(129), receiving yards(1,854) and all-purpose yards(3100), and is a member of the UNR Hall Of Fame. Alex walked away from UNR with 1994-1995 All-American Wide Receiver honors as well.

After graduating in 1996, Alex Van Dyke became the highest draft pick ever to come out of the University of Nevada at Reno; being selected by the New York Jets as the 1st pick in the second round, and 31st overall. He went on to play five years in the NFL, where he played with the N.Y. Jets, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Oakland Raiders. During his Professional Football career, Alex had the opportunity to line up with other great receivers, such as Keyshawn Johnson and Wayne Chrebet (Jets), Charles Johnson and Torrence Small (Eagles), and future Hall of Famers Jerry Rice & Tim Brown (Raiders).

Michael (28), is the son of former NFL great Butch Johnson and is a 2002 Graduate of California State University at Sacramento majoring in Criminal Justice. After playing Wide Receiver for 4 years on the Sac State football team, Michael went on to play for 2 years in the Arena Football League for the Arizona Rattlers and Amarillo Dusters. Michael has been with Going Vertical for 4 years

Nina (22) is a Senior at California State University at Sacramento working on her Bachelors Degree in Excercise Science. Nina transfered from Hawaii Pacific University after 3 years, playing all 3 years on the Hawaii Pacific Women's Volleyball Team. Nina has been with Going Vertical for 2 years.

Renee is the Massage Therapist at Going Vertical. She graduated from Western Career College in 2006 with her AA Degree. Renee has been a Certified Massage Therapist now, for 4 years, and a member of the American Massge Therapist Association since 2006. Renee has also been a Licenced Cosmetoligist since 2003, when she graduated from Federico's Beauty Institute, She is currently the Director of Education for the Massage Therapy Program and Cosmetology Instructor at Federico's Beauty Institute as well.
